Thank you for your interest in Aspirations Early Childhood Program.  The day care center is licensed by the State of Vermont and is a participant in STARS (Step Ahead Recognition Program). STARS recognizes accomplishments and standards that go above state regulations.  Aspirations has a 4  STAR rating.
